At Bridge351 we're looking for 2 SailPoint IdentityIQ Developers to join a leading financial market infrastructure company in a highly technical role.

This is not an administration or integration role. We're looking for hands-on engineers who enjoy coding, can build SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions from scratch, and are comfortable solving complex IAM challenges at L3 level.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

• Build custom workflows, rules, lifecycle events, provisioning processes and connectors.

• Develop integrations with enterprise applications, Active Directory, LDAP and security solutions.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide L3 support.

• Produce technical documentation and solution designs.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams.

• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering.

• Strong development expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Strong Java development skills.

• Proven experience with custom workflows, connectors, rules and integrations.

• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.

• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.

• Agile/Scrum experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent level of English.

Nice to have

• PowerShell or other scripting skills.

• Experience with CyberArk, PAM, SIEM or Splunk.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.

Work mode

Hybrid (8 days per month at the office in Brussels, Paris or Amsterdam)
