Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with TIBCO Mashery is required; experience with Boomi Cloud API Management is a plus.

• Strong understanding of API management concepts: gateways, developer portals, analytics/reporting, governance

• Experience with API analytics/reporting — either native platform tooling or integrating API data into BI/reporting solutions

• Familiarity with Boomi's broader platform (Control Plane, AI Platform) is a strong plus, given the customer's upcoming transition

• Consulting/advisory experience — comfortable running discovery workshops and presenting findings to client stakeholders

• Strong written communication skills for producing client-facing assessment reports

• English-speaking mandatory

Nice to Have

• Experience advising customers through Mashery-to-Boomi Cloud APIM migrations specifically • Background in Customer Experience / product analytics

Deliverables

• Health check / current-state assessment report

• API CX reporting options analysis with a recommended approach

• Roadmap / recommendations document for enhancing the current implementation and preparing for the Control Plane + AI Platform transition

• Stakeholder readout / presentation
