We are looking for experienced Software Developers to join a strategic project for Frontex:

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree, IT-relevant degree mandatory

  • English: B2 (CEFR)

  • Minimum 6 years of IT-relevant professional experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Software Developer role

Mandatory certification (at least 1 among):

  • Advanced-level certificate in a software development technology domain

  • or equivalent internationally recognized certification

Highly valued (specific requirements):

  • Experience as Software Developer (or similar) on ICT projects part of or querying the Schengen Information System (SIS)

  • Experience with solutions enabling fingerprint scanning (NIST format), MRZ document scanning, or RFID biometric document scanning

  • Additional relevant ICT solution development experience

Key skills:

UML application design, data/business logic/UI layer development, Scrum, technical leadership, technical documentation.
