Bridge351 is looking for a Manual & Automation Test Engineer to join a strategic project for the European Investment Bank (EIB).

What you'll do

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications

• Automate regression and functional testing for React and Java-based applications

• Perform API testing using Postman, integrated into DevOps pipelines

• Redesign and improve manual test cases

• Review and enhance Selenium automation scripts

• Evaluate test coverage and recommend improvements for complex business logic

• Execute end-to-end testing, including performance and load assessments

• Act as Test Lead: mentor team members, define QA processes from scratch, manage the bug lifecycle, and collaborate closely with developers

• Work independently as the sole QA specialist or as part of a broader team

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and support the QA automation team

• Develop Agile test strategies and related documentation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
