• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Certification Requirements

1. Associate Web Developer certification.

2. Certifications such as:

   • PSM (Professional Scrum Master) and/or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)

   • PMP (Project Management Professional)

Professional Experience and Technical Skills Requirements

1. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Project Management.

2. Proven experience in software development project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

3. Experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).

4. Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing team impediments.

5. Experience managing stakeholders, priorities, risks, dependencies, and release planning.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

7. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.

8. Strong knowledge of OutSystems best practices and architectural standards.

9. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, and/or PRINCE2).

10. Extensive experience and proficiency in using work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.

11. Knowledge of planning, estimation, capacity management, roadmap development, and KPI tracking.

12. Experience with SQL Server.

13. Competence in risk management, scope change management, dependency management, and delivery control.

14. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.

15. Ability to analyze performance metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time, throughput, burndown, among others) to support continuous improvement.

16. Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools, such as Power BI or advanced Microsoft Excel.
