Oracle HCM Engineer (EU-based)

European Union (mandatory – candidates must be currently based in an EU country)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HR and Security, and familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM environments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-grade HR systems, supporting implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Manage and configure Core HR and HCM Security modules

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HCM systems

  • Support integrations and migrations between PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Strong expertise in:

  • Oracle HCM Core HR

  • Oracle HCM Security

  • Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud products

  • Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, international environment

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently located in an EU country (mandatory)

  • Strong communication skills in English
