Location will be only Braga and the working model will be on-site/hybrid.
Requirements:
Be from Braga and attend to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, at least.
Experience with delivery a medium/large team (15+) using Agile methodologies.
Knowledge and experience of Service Delivery in Cloud (AWS) very nice to have.
Expectations: his role is to grant the following topics
Team knows what to deliver.
Clear priorities to the team.
Remove blockers to the team.
Manage dependencies between teams.
Have clear visibility of the risks.
Alignment of expectations with stakeholders.
Deliver with quality and on time.
Deliver what is promised.
Key responsibilities:
Management of the Service;
Planning of resources for and scheduling of Contractor’s activities;
Drafting regular status reports about KPIs/SLA fulfilment;
Propose, discuss and implement measures for Contractor’s optimization;
Coordination and resolution of escalations and critical issues;
Optimisation of resources;
Planning of activities, such as deployments, tests, etc
