Solution Architect (Hybrid)

Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect to define and design end-to-end technology architectures across complex systems. This role ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with both business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and clear architectural designs

• Produce architecture artefacts (high-level designs, component diagrams, interface specifications, ADRs)

• Define data, integration, and API models using modern architectural patterns

• Ensure security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles, aligned with compliance standards

• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and governance areas

• Lead architectural reviews and support decision-making through structured analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven or service-oriented architectures

• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud solutions, and system integrations

• Proficiency in architecture modelling (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, C4)

• Solid understanding of identity management, security frameworks, and data governance

• Experience with both frontend and backend technologies (e.g., Angular, Java Spring Boot)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English

• EU Citizenship

Nice to Have

• Experience in Public Sector projects

• Certifications such as TOGAF or ArchiMate

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture-related roles
